How long does it take for my order to arrive?
In the Netherlands, products at Stricters will be delivered in two working days. If there are any exceptions, this will be mentioned in the description on the product page. In case your order did not arrive within the mentioned working days, please contact us, so we can find out as soon as possible what the problem is.
For all countries in the EU, an order will be delivered within five working days.

Do I have product warranty on my ordered items?
Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium that are €49,- or higher don’t have any shipping costs. For orders that are less than this amount we ask €2,95 shipping costs in The Netherlands and €6,95 shipping costs in Belgium.
In all other EU-countries the shipping costs are €9,95. We offer free shipping for orders higher than €150.

Do I have product warranty on my ordered items?
Yes, according to the Dutch laws you have a warranty on your ordered clothing. Please contact us to make use of this warranty.
How can I track my order?
In your confirmation email we also sent a Track & Trace code. You can use this code to track your package. If the order was not delivered on time, please let us know.
