Shipping and costs

Orders within The Netherlands and Belgium that are €49,- or higher don’t have any shipping costs. For orders that are less than this amount we ask €2,95 shipping costs in The Netherlands and €6,95 shipping costs in Belgium.

In all other EU-countries the shipping costs are €9,95. We offer free shipping for orders higher than €150.

The countries we ship to are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden

Delivery times

In The Netherlands, products at stricters.com will be delivered in two working days. If there are any exceptions, this will be mentioned in the description on the product page. In case your order did not arrive within the mentioned working days, please contact us, so we can find out as soon as possible what the problem is.

For all countries in the EU, an order will be delivered within five working days.

How can I return my product?

On all our products a return period of 14 days applies from the day that your order is received.

The item you’re returning has to be unworn, undamaged, clean and must include all labels and stickers. If possible, please use the original packaging.

Go through the following instructions to return your product(s) from any country:

  1. Download the return form. Please print the form and fill it out. In the form you have to mention which article(s) you’re returning. Then, add the form to your package. If possible, use the original package in which you received your order.
  2. Then, make sure that there is a shipping label on your package. You can create this at the website of a delivery service you want to use (in The Netherlands you can do this through DHL) It is often also possible to create a shipping label at a delivery point itself. The costs for this shipping label are unfortunately at your own cost. You can choose the delivery service yourself, for example DHL, but it can also be another delivery service.
  3. Bring you package(s) to a delivery point close to your home (if you use DHL in the Netherlands, find a point here).
  4. When we received your order well, we will let you know immediately and will refund the purchase price as soon as possible. We will refund the extra costs of your shipment in case you paid these and you are returning all the items of your order.

How can I exchange my product?

On all our products a return period of 14 days applies from the day that your order is received. Articles in the Stricters webshop can also be exchanged.

Exchange within the Netherlands and Belgium:

Go through the following instructions to exchange your product(s) from any country in the EU:

  1. Use the contact form at the bottom of this page to indicate that you want to exchange an item or several items. You will receive a franked (prepaid) shipping label and an exchange form from us. You can already download the exchange form here.
  2. Print out the exchange form and shipping label that you have received from us. Fill in the printed exchange form and indicate which items you want to return and for which items you want to exchange them. Then, add the form to your package.
  3. Stick the prepaid shipping label on your package that we have sent to you.
  4. Bring your package(s) to a near delivery point (in the Netherlands you can use DHL.
  5. As soon as the article has been received by us in good order, we will send your new article(s) to you as soon as possible. If we still owe you money after that, we will transfer this to you as soon as possible, up to 14 days after receipt of your package.

Exchange in all EU countries except the Netherlands and Belgium:

Go through the following instructions to exchange your product(s) from any country in the EU:

  1. Download the return form. Print the return form and fill it out. Indicate there which items you are returning and for which items you want to exchange. Then, add the form to your package. If possible, use the original package in which you received your order.
  2. Then, make sure that there is a shipping label on your package. You can create this at the website of a delivery service you want to use (in The Netherlands you can do this through DHL) It is often also possible to create a shipping label at a delivery point itself. Costs of returning

The costs of the returning process of your shipment are at your own cost. This applies to every EU country. You’re already paying for this by buying your own shipping label (at DHL for example). This means that the costs of your return shipment is shared with you. We do this because we want to prevent unnecessary orders and thus unnecessary CO2-emmission and waste.

Costs of exchanging

Within the Netherlands and Belgium:

Exchange within the Netherlands and Belgium is free. We make and pay for the shipping label for you. We will send you a stamped shipping label, which means that we have already paid for it. Please note that if you want to exchange an item, you must request an exchange form on which you can indicate for what item(s) you want to exchange.

Within the EU except the Netherlands and Belgium:

The costs of a return shipment when exchanging are for your own account. This applies to all EU countries, except the Netherlands and Belgium. You pay for this by purchasing a shipping label from DHL or another delivery service yourself. Read the instructions under the alinea about How can I exchange my product? (EU)​.

Exchange item(s)

Fill in the form below if you want to exchange an item in the Netherlands or Belgium. We will then send you an exchange form and a prepaid shipping label. Please print those and fill out the exchange form. Stick the shipping label on the package and deliver it to a nearby delivery point.
