Shipping & returning

NOTE: All information on this page is about shipment within The Netherlands. If you ordered from another country and have any questions, please contact us.

Shipping and costs

Orders via our webshop that are €49,- or higher don’t have any shipping costs. For orders that are less than this amount we ask €2,95 for shipping costs.

Delivery times

Products at will be delivered in two working days in the Netherlands. For orders in other countries in Europe this is within five working days. If there are any exceptions, this will be mentioned in the description on the product page. In case your order did not arrive within the mentioned working days, please let us know, so we can find out as soon as possible what is the problem.

Exchange & return your product

On all our products a return period of 14 days applies from the day that your order is received. Products in our webshop can be returned or exchanged for another product.

The item you’re returning has to be unworn, undamaged, clean and must include all labels and stickers. If possible, please use the original packaging.

Go through the following instructions to return your product(s) in The Netherlands:

  1. Every return shipment starts at your personal account at When you are logged in, you can start the process by clicking on the return button in your account. Select which items you want to return. When you want to return several items, tick all of those items.
  2. You will now receive an email at the email address that is connected to your account. In this email you can find the one or more items you want to return, a return form and the franked DHL shipping label.
  3. Print the return form and the shipping label. Fill in the return form and add it to your package. Then, stick the shipping label to the box.
  4. Bring your package(s) to a near DHL delivery point. When we received your order well, we will let you know immediately and will refund the purchase price. We will refund the extra costs of your shipment in case you paid these en you are returning all the items of your order.

How to exchange your product

When you want to exchange your product, then please mention that you want to change your product when you sign up for returning the product. You also have to mention for which product you want to exchange. When you send your product back to us, you can place a new order.

Costs of exchanging

The return label that is sent to you is already franked (contains a stamp), which means that Stricters already paid for it. Thus, when you exchange your item, you don’t have to pay for it. Please note that when you sign up for your return shipment, you have to mention that you want to exchange it (instead of just returning).

Costs of returning

When you return your item (instead of exchanging it) we will withhold €3,95 on the amount of money that we refund. This means that the costs of your return shipment is shared with you. We do this because we want to prevent unnecessary orders and thus unnecessary CO2-emmission and waste.
