How long does it take for my order to arrive?
In The Netherlands your order will be delivered within 2 working days. In other European countries this will take up to 5 working days. If there are any exceptions, this will be mentioned in the description on the product page. In case your order did not arrive within the mentioned working days, please let us know, so we can find out as soon as possible what is the problem.
Do I have product warranty on my ordered items?
Yes, according to the Dutch laws you have a warranty on your ordered clothing. Please contact us to make use of this warranty.
How can I track my order?
In your confirmation email we also sent a Track & Trace code. You can use this code to track your package. If the order was not delivered on time, please let us know.
When will I receive my money back after I returned my item?
We will refund your purchase price and possibly your shipping costs as soon as possible, but 14 days at the latest.
